Quick Case Study:
Multiple IFU Bundles

A medical device manufacturer working with Idem was struggling with internal processes for re-bundling completed translations into different outputs, including single-language versions and multilingual versions with various language combinations for their suite of product IFUs. An internal employee, familiar with InDesign but without a graphic design background, was tasked with re-bundling. After several documentation errors were identified in the bundles, Idem was asked to offer possible workflow solutions. We built InDesign books that enabled each language to be printed individually or bundled together into specific distribution groups with minimal effort and risk.
